MyHart Communications won a prestigious gold award for our entry, Competition Radar, in the Marketing Business to Business category. The entry was for work done in partnership with our longtime client ApartmentData.com.
ApartmentData.com, a multifamily industry data services provider, launched Competition Radar in 2019 to dramatically improve the delivery of timely, relevant competitive information to apartment properties. This new management tool is the first of its kind in the industry and eliminates the hours of detailed analysis necessary to conduct traditional market surveys.
The solution is a game-changer for apartment property owners, supervisors, managers and leasing agents because they have instant access to the industry’s most in- depth, timely and accurate data so they can make the best pricing and other decisions to attract renters and quickly lease up their properties.
Our team developed a multi-pronged approach to launch Competition Radar that included social media, e-newsletters, sales team presentations to clients, trade show demonstrations, online videos, a visual press release and related landing page, and a targeted marketing campaign to key audiences.
This bold approach to introduce the product in a new way garnered results that went way beyond expectations.
